He also got 3,500 hits (Japan and U.S) recode 5 days ago.
He came to the U.S 10 years ago and he got 262 hits in 2004.
Also, he got 2000 hits only in the U.S last year.
I hope he will get 200 hits next year.

But I'm wondering why Mariners couldn't win even if he made a lot of hits.
Congratulations to Ichiro. It is safe to say that we will see him in the Hall of Fame one day.
